TenderSpace has announced it is the first technology platform of its type to become affiliated with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and to be awarded the prestigious Tech Affiliate status.
TenderSpace provides a comprehensive set of free cloud based tools that allow people involved in, or considering, a construction project of any scale, to plan, design, procure and build.
RICS accredits and regulates 125,000 qualified and trainee professionals within the land, property and construction industry around the world.
