Cooper B-Line launches comp rehensive instructional video for Flextray system

Cooper B-Line has announced the availability of an instructional video to support its Flextray system.

The comprehensive video was designed to be used as both a training tool for personnel familiar with the cable support system, and also as an introduction to the product for new customers and their employees around the globe.

The video was developed to provide contractors with informative ‘how-to’ instructions on installing the system, which offers a simple installation. The video also informs viewers of safety equipment needed during the installation, and demonstrates how the recognisable ‘T’ weld safety edge protects both the cable and the installer. Demonstrating how sections of the system can be cut and bent to the needs of the installer on the job site, the video focuses on the flexibility of the system. While other products can leave sharp wire edges, Cooper B-Line’s Cleanshear cutters ensure a clean, consistent cut with no pointed edges. The video also shows viewers the various ways that the system can be supported or mounted, whether a project requires it to be hung from the ceiling or a wall.

‘We are always looking for ways to increase our customer’s efficiency and make the installation process for our products more simple,’ said Kevin Kissling, president, Cooper B-Line. ‘We already pride ourselves on providing innovative products that save time and cost during installation, which the Flextray system was designed to do. By developing this video for our customers around the globe, we are taking an extra step to deliver on the promise of easy installation to help our customers meet their goals.’

The Flextray video is available in English and can be viewed full length, or users can access specific sections that are relevant to their needs. The video can be accessed on Cooper B-Line’s website www.cooperbline.com, or on YouTube www.youtube.com/watch?v=9sHAV9GAavI. The instructional video will also be available as a podcast.
