Award winning housebuilder chooses Danfoss for energy saving homes

Featuring chrono-proportional control, which calculates precisely how long the heating system needs to be ‘on’ to maintain desired comfort levels, the TP7001 can achieve a potential 10 per cent reduction in energy consumption for homeowners.

Scotia Homes’ in-house plumbing and heating teams have installed Danfoss TP7001 programmable room thermostats in larger family homes on two new developments in Aberdeen.

Formed in 1990 in Aberdeenshire, Scotia Homes’ geographic area now extends from Inverness down to the River Tay and into Central Scotland. The company has achieved recognition from the NHBC (the standard setting body for new homes in the UK) and won various design awards.
