Schneider Electric Acti9 set to take pole postition as hundreds of contractors attend specialist events

Schneider Electric has experienced an outstanding reception to its recent Acti 9 events as hundreds of contractors across the country turned up to find out about the new reference in final distribution.

The innovative Acti9 system, complete with 23 patents, is designed to make the user’s life simpler, safer and more efficient. With key features including a reduced installation time of 40 per cent, zero maintenance, unprecedented safety and the ability to utilise with smart technology; the result is new growth opportunities ensuring contractors put their business firmly back in the driving seat.

To mark the launch, the Schneider Electric Power team held a series of events, taking place between 16th April and 9th May, covering the breadth of the country with hundreds of contractors coming along.

At each seminar in-house experts offered insight on the multitude of product features and benefits, along with highlighting access to new markets and business opportunities.

For the big finale, attendees were put through their paces and asked to take total control with a F1 driving game, with the overall winner receiving a driving experience, and the runners up taking home a bottle of bubbly. In addition, the overall fastest time of the whole series of events took home a VIP trip to the European Grand Prix for two.

Tom France, product marketing manager at Schneider Electric commented, ‘Following years of research, development and innovation, we are extremely proud to introduce our Acti 9 product. This product has the ability to singlehandedly transform control and electrical distribution in modern commercial builds and will come as a major asset as we move towards a more sustainable future.

‘As such, we felt it was important to meet our customers so they can view first hand the depth of technology and vast benefits behind the product, along with receiving in-depth, expert information and support.

‘The response to the events was unprecedented, with hundreds of contractors coming along with many already making order enquiries. We look forward to meeting more contractors as we continue to promote the Acti 9 product this year.’
