Electrical components and accessories supplier, Niglon, has launched its biggest ever portfolio of new wiring accessories, comprising 500+ different items from across seven individual ranges. Billed by the company as the ‘Magnificent Seven’, the new ranges are the result of a two-year development programme with extensive investment in tooling and production from Niglon. The launch brings together a broad choice of accessories, with a high standard of design and rigorous quality standards to deliver premium performance and aesthetics at a competitive price point.
The first of two new white moulded wiring accessory ranges to be added to the Niglon portfolio is Profile, a 4mm, low-profile plate with covers to hide the screws and a contemporary design. Offered at an affordable price with a 30-year warranty, the Profile range is aimed at offering peace of mind and value for money for both contractors and the end user. It is also manufactured with anti-microbial properties to inhibit the growth of microorganisms, making it ideal for health and education sector projects, alongside general residential and commercial use.
A classically-styled, bright white, square-edged wiring accessories range, Arctic Edge offers an alternative choice of moulded accessories from Niglon. Developed to the highest standards of design and manufacture, Arctic Edge provides one of the most competitively priced wiring accessory ranges on the market and boasts a 20-year warranty.
To meet the demands of its most discerning clients, Niglon’s Premium Edge range is also amongst the new product launches. Available in brushed and polished chrome finishes, the ultra-slim, 4mm profile provides a contemporary aesthetic, with stainless steel fabrication and flush neon indicators. This high quality range with a designer style is backed by a 20-year warranty.
For a versatile modular approach, the new portfolio from Niglon also includes two ranges developed to enable bespoke configurations. With over 40 modules, the Euro Media range allows integration of TV, data and USB charging points, with a cohesive look that can be clipped into unfurnished faceplates, quickly and easily, providing a perfect match with Niglon’s Profile and Premium Edge ranges.
The new Niglon Matrix 20 20AX grid switch range also offers flexibility with a modular approach. Interchangeable printed switch rocker covers provide easy on-site configuration, while a range of faceplates to match Niglon’s Profile, Premium Edge and Metallic ranges provide seamless coordination.
For more demanding surroundings, such as workshops, garages and light industrial units, Niglon has launched the Metallic Edge range of metal-clad switches and sockets. Robust units with a 20-year warranty, the Metallic Edge products have been developed to aid easier, more flexible installation. Design innovations within this range include modular light switches for on-site changing of modules, multiple knock outs and flush, compact neon indicators.
Finally, for even tougher environments, Niglon has introduced the Hurricane range of weather-resistant switches and sockets. Available in IP66 and IP55 options, both with a 10-year warranty, Hurricane wiring accessories provide protection against dust and water ingress, making this range Ideal for outdoor use.
