The Lighting Industry Sailing Regatta is back for its fourth year on the 25th May 2017. The Southampton based event is a great way to get to know clients, colleagues and network with other industry professionals.
Lutron, the reigning champion, is back again this year to defend its title. A Lutron spokesperson commented: “A well organised, fun event that our customers loved. The competitive element really adds to the excitement on the day. If you really want to get to know your customers or staff then you really won’t find a better event than this!”
Guests will be thoroughly looked after by the LIA and events specialists Britannia Corporate Sailing Events, who will provide guests a great day out on the water.
No experience is necessary, as each 40ft sailing yacht comes fully equipped and with a skipper and crew member who will be in control of the boat at all times.
Friendly racing will take place early afternoon after some practice in the morning and then it’s back to shore for prize giving and a BBQ in the evening, with more time to socialise with guests and colleagues within the industry.
