Entries open for JIB Apprentice Exchange 2015

During the trip they will learn how the electrical contracting industry operates abroad and act as an ambassador for the industry, compiling a regular blog to describe their experiences and what they have learnt. To be eligible for the exchange, the apprentice must be Stage 3 or Stage 4, registered with JTL, working for a JIB member (who is also a member of the ECA), and will need to be a member of Unite the Union.

Application forms will be sent to all eligible JTL apprentices in January. The deadline for entries is Friday 6th February 2015.

Following a shortlisting process, the selection interviews will take place on 10th March and the winner will be announced shortly after. The chosen apprentice will then travel to New York on 31st May and return on 12th July.
