Aico appointed to Re:allies framework

Aico has been appointed to the Re:allies framework agreement.

Re:allies is a new strategic collaboration of housing consortia representing Efficiency North (with St Leger Homes of Doncaster as the lead contracting authority), Procure Plus (in association with Lancashire Housing Partnership and Cumbria Housing Partners) and NE Procurement.

The aim of Re:allies is to bring together these organisations’ combined experience of building, regenerating and managing sustainable homes and environments, complemented by specialist organisations which are wholly focused on providing quality services that make a difference.

Barrie Ryan, sales and marketing director at Aico, commented, ‘The qualifying factors laid out in the agreement where both rigorous and extensive, covering sustainability, quality and cost.

‘We were able to provide the documentation to show we could readily meet the criteria laid down and are pleased to have been awarded a three year contract to supply our smoke and carbon monoxide alarms.’
