Collingwood Expands H2 Pro Range

Collingwood Lighting explains how its expanding its H2 Pro range to keep it one step ahead of changing trends.

The H2 Pro 550 is known in the LED lighting industry for its innovation, reliability, lifetime, ease of use and continual upgrades. This year, we’ve expanded on the H2 Pro 550, building the H2 Pro range to ensure that we can provide the solution for any downlight requirement.

This month, we’ve introduced the new colour switchable H2 Pro 550 CS. This technology gives users the ability to change the colour temperature of the fitting, without the need to uninstall it, making it easier for contractors, end users and wholesalers alike.

With no complicated wiring or additional installation time, colour switchable technology allows the user to easily switch between colour temperatures, simply using most standard wall switches or dimmers. Simply flick the switch off and quickly on again to change between 6,500K, 4,000K and 3,000K.

Not only does it boast the same performance as the H2 Pro 550, but it’s also insulation coverable, making installation easier and reducing time on-site.

Another new addition to the range is the H2 Pro Elect Trimless. Following the successful launch of the H2 Pro Elect earlier this year, we’re pleased to announce the new trimless version. Combining low glare technology (UGR 14) with a trimless fitting that is installed before the ceiling is plastered, the product creates crisp ceiling lines that make it ideal for modern, minimalist spaces. The combination of these two technologies results in fittings that once installed, you’d barely even know were there.

We’ve also updated the original H2 Pro 550. Originally launched in 2009, we’ve since incorporated performance upgrades and improvements. Whilst maintaining a high lumen output of over 550lm, we’ve reduced the wattage to 5.2W, resulting in a staggering efficacy of over 100lm/W. Plus, we’ve once again reduced the profile of the product to 49m, making it even easier to install.
