Sprue Donates Alarms to Charitable Trust

Sprue Safety Products has enhanced the CO protection of clients at the East Lothian & Repair Charitable Trust through the donation of 30 CO alarms.

The Scottish charity assists clients who are home owners and private tenants aged 60 and over, or aged 50 and over with a disability, living in East Lothian and who have no other funds available to pay for essential maintenance, adaptations and repairs to the fabric of their homes.

Sprue Safety Products has donated 30 FireAngel CO-9X Carbon Monoxide alarms. The ten year life alarm will alert residents to low level CO emissions from boilers, cookers and other fuel-burning appliances quickly and effectively.

Light and compact in design, the alarm is no bigger than a bar of soap easily fitting onto a shelf and with its audible alert will protect occupants to the presence of carbon monoxide.
