TrustMark turns up the heat in september

As well as being the headline sponsor for the show, TrustMark will be supporting visitors who need to understand  and be compliant with the new consumer rights and business responsibilities – the new Consumer Rights Act and Alternative Dispute Resolution – which come into force from 1 October 2015.

With over 7,000 trade professionals expected to attend, TrustMark will be exhibiting at five locations across the UK, starting with Coventry on Thursday, 10 September at the Ricoh Arena.

Simon Ayers, chief executive of TrustMark, said: ‘The Heating and Renewables Roadshow is unique as it is the UK’s only regional event for heating and renewable energy professionals.  It will be an invaluable opportunity for us

to collaborate and communicate with installers, as well as have access to the expanding growth market of renewables.   We will be bringing the TrustMark scheme to the roadshow as a way of promoting more good firms for their trading practices, customer care and technical competence and will help raise awareness of what heating and renewables firms should be doing to ensure compliance with the new consumer laws and boost customer satisfaction.’
