Free Exhibition and CPD Seminars
This year’s event commences with an industry exhibition on the Friday where visitors can learn about the latest technology and cutting edge innovations from leading industry manufacturers and suppliers. Throughout the day there will also be an impressive programme of free CPD seminars, covering four key industry topics –
· Lighting and lighting controls
· Power distribution, controls and automation
· Energy solutions, renewables and microgeneration
· Fire, security, emergency lighting and data and controls
The ECA Conference
On Saturday 4th of July, the ECA will host its annual business conference, entitled ‘Delivering Value Through Innovation’. BBC journalist, Declan Curry, will chair two sessions with expert speakers and panellists from the building services sector and wider construction industry.
The morning session will debate what the future holds for a range of smart technologies that offer an exciting range of functions and operational savings for clients and customers. The afternoon session will consider how the supply chain needs to change so that clients can access the added value offered by building services specialists.

Gala Dinner and Awards
The Electric Event culminates with a spectacular ‘black tie’ gala awards dinner on the evening of 4th July, which this year is being hosted by comedian Ed Byrne.
ECA members have until the 24th April 2015 to enter for the prestigious ECA and FSA awards and winners will be announced during the gala dinner. Entry forms are available from the Electric Event website.
