Powertecnique wins ‘Made in South East’ award for its Apprenticeship and Training Scheme

The award recognises the firm’s the three and a half year apprenticeship scheme whereby each year local young people are offered the opportunity to gain a degree in electrical engineering, working alongside professionals at Powertecnique.

Darren Pearce, managing director at Powertecnique, commented, ‘We are very proud of our apprenticeship scheme and are pleased that the hard work our team puts in has been recognised by the award. Our scheme not only advantages young people in the local community, but allows us to work with the University of Portsmouth, and opens doors for our technical team, too.’
