Dickies support Shoscombe School by donating waterproof suits

Over the last 12 months the Parents Teachers Association (PTA) at Shoscombe School are very proud to have been able to fund £1000 towards Forest School teachers training.  The philosophy of Forest School is to encourage and inspire individuals of all ages through an innovative, long term, educational approach to outdoor play and learning in a woodland environment.

Annamarie Pritchard, Chair of the Friends of Shoscombe School Association said: ‘The children are very much enjoying learning all aspects of forest life.  The outdoor learning is carried out in all weather and with the winter months approaching we are very grateful for the kind donation from Dickies to make this possible.’

Dickies children’s vermont water resistant suit has draw cord adjustments and elasticated cuffs providing all round weather protection. Manufactured from hardwearing PVC with a mesh buggy lining to keep children warm.
