ELECSA launches new insurance site for contractors

ELECSA has worked with insurance provider Towergate to create a range of policies and services which can be tailored to meet every business need.
Towergate’s Andy Partridge said, ‘We are delighted to be working in partnership with ELECSA on this initiative which will deliver great savings to contractors.

‘Every business is different and the needs of one might not be suitable for another. By working closely with ELECSA we can offer policies suitable to each contractor’s specific requirements – whether they are a one-man band carrying out domestic work or a large organisation working on multi-million pound contracts.

‘Everyone will be able to take advantage of great savings on insurance products such as public liability, employer’s liability, professional indemnity and commercial vehicle insurance.

‘With access to our 24 hour emergency claims line, legal advice line and counselling service, there’s help on-hand at all times.’

The new insurance offering is just one of the many extra benefits created for ELECSA customers by Certsure – the joint venture created by the partnership between the Electrical Contractors’ Association and the Electrical Safety Council – which now operates the ELECSA and NICEIC brands.

Certsure CEO Emma Clancy commented, ‘ELECSA and NICEIC are under new ownership. Certsure is committed to providing all our contractors with a new and improved range of services to help them improve their business.’
