Kentec guards new G4S Estonian headquarters

The building’s design, chosen following an architectural competition, combines innovation and practicality to deliver a low cost and efficient building. The 10,000m2 building accommodates over 800 employees offering a mix of meeting and recreation areas on all floors plus a terrace café on the eighth floor, whilst also ensuring that the building is flexible enough to accommodate special needs users.

The fire system, supplied and installed by Estonian fire and security specialist Alarmtec AS, was designed around two Kentec Syncro four loop addressable control panels and a Sigma XT extinguishing control panel. The system is supported by Argus Vega protocol fire data communications with over 430 Vega devices, including intelligent smoke/heat sensors, call points and microprocessor controlled modules.
