CK Tools sponsors the Sparks National Electrical Apprentice of the Year Award
CK Tools has announced its support of the Sparks National Electrical Apprentice of the Year Awards 2013.
The Sparks National Electrical Apprentice of the Year Award recognises talent amongst apprentices and rewards their dedication and commitment, whilst they develop their key skills and add experience to their CV. Such awards are a great way of encouraging young professionals to take pride in their work.CK Tools joins an impressive line-up of sponsors, including Electricfix – where trades professionals will find a solid range of CK Tools’ products.
CK Tools is committed to supporting tradesmen by encouraging professionalism and high quality workmanship among trainee electricians within the industry. Working closely with a dedicated team of trades professionals who provide invaluable industry feedback, CK Tools understands how important proficient apprentices are to the industry and with the government boosting the number of available apprenticeships it is imperative that support is on offer for those who choose a trade as a career.
CK Tools has been committed to this goal for some time, teaming up with 50 colleges across the country, to develop bright ‘sparkies’ of the future. The CK Bright Sparks scheme provides the 50 colleges with a bursary and a selection of tools that they require when training.
The bursaries and tools provided by CK Tools give the students a comprehensive and useful introduction to the tools and equipment they will use as professionals and gives them the opportunity to use the equipment under the expert guidance of their course tutors. By committing this support CK Tools hopes to foster a real sense of encouragement amongst students. CK Tools established this programme to help to promote vocational education programmes as an attractive option and as a viable career path.
