Balfour Beatty Engineering Services has provided the mechanical, electrical and plumbing services for the new impressive leisure hub.
BBES was involved with the installation of sustainable and innovative measures including a biomass boiler, rainwater harvesting system, thermal wheels and a number of intelligent systems including Passive Infrared (PIR) sensors for automatically switching lights on and off, exterior photocells and a computer controlled building management system.
